Through honest, forthcoming, and respectful communications we work to ensure that Fluence is an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.  The VP Operations - EMEA is responsible for providing leadership, directing strategy, and overseeing execution and implementation on all aspects of Supply Chain operations for the region.  This position will play a critical role in scaling Fluence SC and manufacturing capabilities, achieving operational excellence, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through supply chain as a competitive advantage.   Works with cross-functional partners in commercial, manufacturing, customer service, purchasing and other functions to ensure safe and reliable supply of products to customers.  Develop and lead implementation of Supply Chain strategies for the business in partnership with Regional & Functional leadership.  This person will report directly to the SVP, Chief Supply Chain and Manufacturing Officer and will jointly support the SVP & Regional President, EMEA for the regional localization strategy and execution.  This person will be responsible for the design and implementation of strategy for the direct sourcing for Fluence, EMEA in alignment with the global category strategy, product management strategy and business strategy focusing on TCO and ESG and to maximize top and bottom line performance for the operations.  This role is also expected to standardize & streamline processes as we continue to grow the business, mature our processes to best in class and implement our global digital ERP platform.

The Test and Diagnostics team at Zoox builds the manufacturing test solutions for delivering high quality components on the manufacturing line for use in our purpose-built autonomous robotaxis. The team is made up of hardware and software specialists along with generalists who write test programs using python and bash, build server infrastructure using python and JavaScript and come up with innovative solutions to thorny manufacturing problems. As our very own Test Infrastructure Intern, you will help build the infrastructure that powers the manufacturing test activities at Zoox. You will get the opportunity to start, develop and finish an impactful project that includes building both frontend and backend components.

Zoox is on an ambitious journey to develop a full-stack autonomous mobility solution for cities and safely deploy such a robotaxi solution. Zoox’s System Design and Mission Assurance (SDMA) team is responsible for constructing the safety case and validating that our vehicles are safe enough to be deployed for autonomous driving. We play a foundational role for the success of the company. As Zoox prepares to launch our technology on public roads, we are seeking an experienced systems engineer with a strong software development background to manage safety analysis of off-vehicle software and incorporate this with Systems Safety Operations & Service to ensure safe deployment and operations of Zoox technology.
